Unburdened and fresh – that's what characterizes young skin. But as we age, our skin inevitably does. Nevertheless, we can influence how quickly we age. The skin aging process depends on several factors: sun, nicotine, stress, lack of sleep, environmental pollution, alcohol, poor diet, and medications all have a negative impact on our skin.

It's all the more important to pay attention to our bodies and their skin's needs from a young age, because a healthy lifestyle supports a youthful appearance. Prevention is therefore a crucial component of your skincare routine. However, skin from age 30 onwards naturally requires different care than skin from age 50 onwards. The right skincare products are particularly important in determining how your skin will look later in life. As your 20s draw to a close, your skin changes, becoming drier – but it doesn't yet require the rich creams of mature skin. Additionally, connective tissue weakens and the skin's moisture content decreases. Here, too, targeted skincare should be used to actively counteract the first signs of aging.
